Trafy has opened applications for Cohort '26, a six-month, fully online program built entirely around one idea: the fastest way to learn to build with AI is to actually build something, with founders, for real users, under a real deadline.

Trafy has introduced the Employability Index, a single, verifiable score that measures how ready a candidate actually is to contribute from day one, making it the first company anywhere to formalise hiring readiness into one composite number instead of a resume, a college name and a gut-feel interview.

By the start of Week 3, every team in Cohort '25 had a validated problem and a rough plan. What they didn't have yet was a product anyone could actually use, and they had four days to fix that.

When Cohort '25 wrapped, the numbers surprised even the mentors who'd been in the room every week: over ₹1 Cr in grants allocated to student startups, 25+ VC meetings booked for selected teams, and seven startups that went straight from cohort project to incubation.
